Account and bird information

Information provided for account operations is used in profile and loft management. A bird's ring number, race results and breeder information found in the source may appear in public bird records. Do not assume that a bird profile and a user account's private information have the same visibility.

Documents and outputs

Pedigree documents are processed to extract lineage data and for user review. Depending on the selected reading service, the document may be sent to external OCR or AI providers. Do not upload personal information you are not authorised to share. Check the visibility options in your profile and the PDF/image output before sharing. Read the confirmation shown when creating a QR share.

Cookies and third parties

Session and security operations may use cookies. The site contains Google AdSense code; Google services may use cookies and similar technologies when ads are served or their code runs. You can review Google's data use on the Data use on Google partner sites page. This statement is not a cookie consent system; you can manage cookies in your browser settings.

Information and correction requests

Write to us explaining which information or document you want action on. We may need to verify that the account or document belongs to you. Do not include sensitive information such as ID or passwords in your first message.
